Mrs. Sebastian grew up in a small town named Earle, Arkansas where she attended Earle Elementary and Earle High School, she then furthered her studies at Delta Vocational Institute (a branch of ASU in Jonesboro, AR), graduating in 1976. Mrs. Sebastian also went on to Miller Hawkins Business College in Memphis, TN completing her studies in business. Shortly after graduating, she met and married her husband, of 39 years. During this time, she spent her professional career in the insurance industry in which she retired. Mrs. Sebastian is very excited to teacher this year.
